BIOGRAPHY

Wendy Grace is an artist living in Melbourne. Her art practice centres on photography and painting creating works inspired by her natural surroundings. The characteristic contours, textures and colours found in the landscape reflect Nature's cycles of life, the process of growth and change which forms the basis of her work. Wendy's fascination for the patterns of nature can be seen in her organic, abstract compositions of translucent paint on paper and canvas.

Wendy's work has been included in group, and individual exhibitions in commercial and regional galleries in Australia and her work selected as a finalist in national competitions and prizes. She attended RMIT University where she attained her Bachelor of Fine Arts Honours Degree and is currently a resident artist at Heritage Hill Museum and historical gardens, Dandenong, Victoria.
